Q: How long does it take to get started?
A: Usually it is within 7 days of receiving the requirement from your side
but it might take up to 21 days depending on your requirement and other
parameters beyond our control.
Q: Is there a contract?
A: No, generally our services are offered on month to month basis. If you
wish, a contract may be signed for long term service. Please email us to get
details.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Our service is pre-paid. Payment is due immediately on the start date.
Payment can be made by direct transfer, direct debit and credit card (Only
Master and Visa cards accepted.2.5% surcharge applies)
Q: How can I cancel the service?
A: You can cancel the service anytime you want with 1 month notice.
