In June 2003, Emphtech Solutions was founded to meet the needs of Small and Mid-Sized Businesses. Our founders strongly believed that the trend of outsourcing should not only benefit Fortune 1000 companies. They set out to create a business model that, for the first time, made outsourcing affordable to businesses of any size, and have successfully done just that. We create jobs and opportunities for many people while helping businesses increase productivity and respond to the needs of their customers better and more efficiently. Our clients are growing their businesses and hiring more employees in their country as a result.

In March 2007, Emphtech Solutions ceased operations and StaffNow Inc acquired all tangible assets and assumed operations seamlessly without ANY service disruption.

We provide offshore business process outsourcing, or BPO services from our outsourcing center in the India and Philippines. Our facilities have all of the features of a much larger provider without the larger cost.
